Can vitamin D help prevent certain cancers and other diseases such as type 1 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and certain autoimmune and chronic diseases? To answer these questions and more, UCSD School of Medicine and grassrootshealth bring you this innovative series on vitamin D deficiency. Join nationally recognized experts as they discuss the latest research and its implications. In this program, Michael Holick, MD, discusses vitamin D relating to bone and muscle health and the prevention of autoimmune and chronic diseases. These kinds of skies are 10 minutes from the ocean, with no oil refinearies or manufacturing plants around. The skies are even over the ocean itself some times.
I was just wondering if anyone has ever done a study to account for heavily chemtrailed skies..

  6. Gr8stuffis says:

Even on those days where you are not at a vantage point to see planes disappear when you can’t see blue sky in between white flully clouds because there is such a thick white opacity to the sky, and your windshield is coverd with a greyish metallic flake like coating, one has to wonder.

  7. Gr8stuffis says:

    Thank you for your comment.
Even if the airborn pollution was filled with metallic flakes, as they are in chemtrails? I ask this because i live near an airport and have seen ,post chemtrail cloud goo skies, followed with what appears to be cloud LESS skies the next day.. and i have watched planes disappear at relatively low heights into a sky that should not be obscuring my vision to that plane, given my experience with these flightpaths on other days.

Remember, UVB is able to penetrate Earth’s atmosphere; It’s highly doubtful that UVB would be seriously impeded by any kind of airborne pollution.

The toxicity of varying levels of air pollution and its effects on your respiratory system are outside the scope of this lecture; everyone must make their own judgments based on their specific environment.

  9. Blacksun1942 says:

Errr… Melanin content in skin blocks production of UVB-induced Vitamin D (requiring longer periods of exposure), why on Earth would you think that Vitamin D would increase Melanin?

The supplement to take is D3 (D-Three) which has been determined to work the most effectively. Nice thing is that it’s not expensive.

@gledalac1979 Vitamin D just gives me acne and it makes my kidneys hurt. I have tried taking it many times.

  15. Seekmosttoprophesy says:

@Squabbles10 The MD’s swear up and down that Vitamin D has nothing to do with the acne that I have suffered from but I have been seeing and feeling the consequences of taking it. I have yet to try taking salmon oil. I have tried drinking milk without Vitamin D and it does not do any harm.

  16. Squabbles10 says:

    Who told you this ?

  17. gledalac1979 says:

    @Seekmosttoprophesy

no one has ever died from vitamin D overdose but I am interested if too much vitamin D darkens human skin?

  18. Gr8stuffis says:

Great video, entertaining and informative !!

I wonder if there have there been any studies done to investigate the effects of heavily chemtrailed skies and the possibility that they impede Vit D synthesis from skin exposure to sunlight?

Also, are there any studies done to discover, if there are any chemicals in the air, due to active chemtrailing, or heavy chemtrail cover, which might offset the benefits of being outside for sun exposure, due to the possibility of breathing them in ?

  20. Seekmosttoprophesy says:

“excessive amounts of vitamin D may also be factors in the formation of stones”

Symptoms of vitamin D poisoning may include nausea, headache, excessive urination, high blood pressure, kidney stones, kidney damage and other problems

  21. Seekmosttoprophesy says:

I do not have your American diet eating habits and I do take calcium for my bones and joints.

  22. Seekmosttoprophesy says:

When I take Vitamin D, my kidneys hurt. Go figure.

If you had stopped to reason, I do take Vitamin D or I would not even know about the problem with kidneys but I also get acne from Vitamin D so I have to be careful of how much Vitamin D I take.

  23. jeffman3003 says:

It seems likely that physiological vitamin D intakes will result in a higher relative risk for kidney stones for people on modern American diets (low potassium, low magnesium, high refined carbohydrates, high sodas, and a high acid residue). You may lower your risk of kidney stones by remaining vitamin D deficient, but then you raise your risk of dying from many other diseases.

  24. jeffman3003 says:

vitamin D intake but did not look at sun exposure or 25(OH)D levels. Of interest, they found three things in your diet that protect against kidney stones: high potassium (46% lower relative risk), high magnesium (29% lower relative risk), and high fluid intake (29% lower relative risk). For younger men, higher dietary calcium was associated with a reduced risk of kidney stones (31% lower relative risk).

  25. jeffman3003 says:

The largest study that looked at the risk of kidney stones with vitamin D came out of Harvard. They studied 45,616 men over 14 years for a total of 477,000 person-years of follow up. They found no increased risk of kidney stones with
